Christine M. (Gabrielle) Esposito, 94, of Westerly, passed away at The Westerly Hospital on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Esposito
Born in Westerly, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Mary Gabrielle. She was a devoted communicant of Immaculate Conception Church.
Christine is survived by a son Stephen Esposito and his wife Beatrice; a daughter Mary Ellen Roberts; her sister Sister Mary Angelus RSM; half-sisters, Anna Mann, Angie Gencarella, Rita Pelligrino; and her half-brother David Gabrielle. She was a beloved grandmother of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Eleanor Capizzano; a brother Fred Gabrielle and half-sister Joyce Ruggiero.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 111 High St., Westerly. There is no procession from the funeral home.
