Brenda Jean (Robinson) Durfee, 54, beloved wife of Horace L.Durfee, of Reise Drive, Richmond, passed away at South County Hospital on Thursday, April 13, 2017.

Born in Westerly she was a daughter of Helen (Dunham) Robinson Thompson of Pawcatuck and Frank R. Robinson of Hopkinton.

She worked as a Bus Driver for Ocean State Transit, a job she truly enjoyed because of her love for the children she worked with. Brenda was a very giving woman with a huge heart. She was greatly loved by those who knew her and will be missed dearly.

In addition to her husband and parents, she leaves behind three siblings, Cheryl Holland of Pawcatuck, Lisa Wedlock of Clermont, FL and Steven Robinson of Wyoming as well as many nieces and nephews.
