Obituary for Wayne A. Collett Jr.
Wayne A. Collett, Jr., beloved husband of Cynthia (Popiolek), of Charles Avenue, Charlestown, passed away at South County Hospital on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the age of 43.
Born in New Jersey he was the son of Andrea Collett of Denville, NJ and Wayne A. Collett, Sr. of Las Vegas, NV.
Wayne worked as a Truck Driver for Dedicated Logistics for many years. He was a music lover who also had performed as a DJ. In addition, he enjoyed NASCAR and was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.
He leaves his wife Cynthia; daughter Ashley E. Collett also of Charlestown; three sisters, Michelle Mattaliano and Janine Borowski, both of Denville, NJ and Nicole Collett of Las Vegas, NV; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday at 11:30am at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly.
