Condolence: Mark and Paula - I met Sarah when I worked as the nurse during Summer School. She was a very special young lady. Her smile could light up a room. I am so sorry to hear that her journey here on earth has finished but I now picture her running and having a wonderful time in Heaven talking with all of her family and friends who have gone on before her. May your memories give you comfort at this sad time.

Both Stevi Blanchette and Jessie Bewlay made sure I heard about Sarah's passing. What a phenomenal tribute to her family and caregivers that she brightened the world way longer than expected. But also maybe a tribute to her own stubborn-ness: I can't help but recall a delayed diagnosis as it was unclear to me whether she was losing developmental abilities, or simply choosing not to . . .
