Condolence: Dwight and Anna volunteered at Westerly Library for many years. After they left, I would still email Dwight with occasional questions. He would always get back to me very promptly with detailed information. He was a huge resource!

He and Anna did so much for the library's Local History room. I visited Dwight at his home a couple of years ago and we had a very nice time talking about all sorts of things.

I am very sorry for your loss. Dwight and Anna's contributions will not be forgotten.

Condolence: I've known Dwight for about fifteen years and most of our interaction was during Westerly Historical Society Board meetings where he could always be counted on for lively, and salty, contributions. Everyone who knew Dwight is well aware of his enormous accomplishments in preserving local history, but my fondest memories will be of conversations we had during the final weeks of his long and fruitful life. We talked of our shared experience in the military and in a factory environment. His often humorous stories about the work life at BDA were so similar to those I could tell of an industry far away from here, and a time years ago. The reminiscences brought smiles and the occasional laugh! I miss him.
