Elsie Frances Hartley (Colli)
Westerly - Elsie Frances Hartley passed away at The Westerly Hospital on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the age of 79.

Born in Windsor Locks, CT, she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine Colli.

Elsie was a communicant of St. Pius X Church and worked at Westerly Health Center before her retirement. She was devoted, single mom who raised three sons.
She was predeceased by her oldest son James Leonard Hartley. She leaves behind her sons, William J. Hartley and Daniel J. (Jennifer) Hartley; granddaughters, Jessica Hartley and Morgan Roll; great granddaughter McKenzie Roll; and her lifelong friend Barbara Donohue.

There are no visiting hours. A Celebration of Elsie’s Life will take place on Saturday, September 1st at 11am at her residence, 54 Boiling Spring Ave., Westerly.
