Byron Keith Stanley, beloved husband of Michelle (Dubeau) Stanley, of Dayton Street, Westerly, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of 55.

Born in Oklahoma City, OK, he was a son of the late Charles K. and Marcia Stanley.

Byron worked as a Supervisor for RCM Technologies for many years and was a twenty-year veteran of the US Navy. He loved to barbeque and enjoyed golfing in many leagues at Winnapaug Country Club.

In addition to his wife, he leaved five children, Kevin K. Stanley of Mississippi, Brandon K. Stanley of Groton, Rachel Leighty of Warwick, and Rebecca Downey and Sarah Oborne, both of Westerly; as well as his sister Peri Stanley Kelley and his brother Pete Stanley; and his mother-in-law Margaret A. Dubeau. Byron will also be dearly missed by his six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visiting hour on Wednesday, November 7th from 11am – 12 noon at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. Funeral service and burial will be private. For online condolences please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com
