Obituary for Donald W. LaMotte
Donald W. LaMotte, 34, of Westerly, passed away peacefully at Rhode Island Hospital on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 2:50am surrounded by his family.
He was born in Westerly, son to Harold J. LaMotte and Myra J. Lamkins; brother to Joseph F. LaMotte and Harold J. Lamotte, Jr.; and grandson to Mary and Frank Bliven and Sally and Steve LaMotte. He also leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Donald, also known as “Donnie” lived life to the fullest. Donnie was known for his big heart and infectious personality. He was also known for his love of animals, especially his love for his dog, Tiger.
Memorial services will be held on December 8, 2017 at Chariho Southern Baptist Church, 80 Alton Bradford Rd., Bradford at 2:00pm. Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly is in charge of the arrangements. For online condolences please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com
