William E. Underhill, III, 39, beloved husband of Chelsea Brennan, of Elaine St., Pawcatuck, passed away at his home on Monday, July 16, 2018.

Born in Westerly, he was the son of William E., II and Karen Underhill of Pawcatuck.

Billy worked as an Assistant Service Manager for Valenti Toyota and he enjoyed photography, hiking and spending time with his wife Chelsea and son William, IV.

In addition to his wife, son and parents, he leaves behind his maternal grandmother Shirley Miller of Westerly; and paternal grandmother Ruth Underhill of Ledyard, CT.
