Obituary for Cristine Meringolo
Cristine Meringolo, of Highland Avenue, Westerly, passed away at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence on December 31, 2018 at the age of 75.
Born in Acri, Province of Cosenza, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Maria Meringolo.
Cristine worked in Marketing and Sales for Arwood Corp. for many years. She was a member of the YMCA and a longtime communicant of Immaculate Conception Church.
She leaves behind her brother Angelo Meringolo of Westerly and her beloved friend Norman Ferns of CT. Cristine was predeceased by her brother Natale.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 111 High St., Westerly on Friday, Jan. 4 at 10am. Burial will be private.
