Obituary for Sharon L. Medeiros (Greene)
Sharon Medeiros, 75, wife of Chester Medeiros, of Westerly, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Hazel Lynch.
Sharon and her husband owned and operated Nana's Market and Deli in Ashaway before retiring.
In addition to her husband, she leaves four children, Terry Garrett, Tammy Brosseau, David Antrim, Tory Foss and her husband John, all of Westerly. She also leaves behind 3 stepchildren, Chester Medeiros, Jr. and spouse Sherry of WV, Cherri Bentley and Keith Medeiros of FL; four siblings, Richard Greene, Dale Quattromani, Audrey Hill and Donna Mayne all of Westerly. She will be remembered for her kindness and love of her family and friends and let’s not forget that sarcasm and wit. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
A visiting hour will be held Friday from 12:30-1:30pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly, followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 1:30pm. Burial is private. For online condolences go to www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com
