Obituary for Timothy D. Rich
Timothy David Rich, 52, beloved husband of Rebecca (Woodall) Rich, of Garden Street, Pawcatuck, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at The Westerly Hospital on Sunday, January 12, 2020.
Born in Bangor, Maine, he was the son of Walter Rich and Janet Fraser Rich of Monroe, Maine.
Timothy worked as an auto mechanic for Red Stone Tire for a number of years before working as a landscaper. He was an avid NASCAR fan and local track supporter. He enjoyed yardwork and fishing in his free time. As well as spending time with his cherished grandson and family. He was known for his keen sense of humor and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two children, Joshua D. Woodall and Kasey L. Rich, both of Groton; two siblings, Jason A. Rich of East Millinocket, ME and Susan R. Rich of Monroe, ME; his grandson Steven Woodall of Groton; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his brother Walter Rich, Jr.
