Joy B. (Webb) Kiley, formerly of Dixon Street, Westerly, passed away at the Westerly Health Center on Friday, February 7, 2020. She was 89.

Born in Nellis, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Edith Webb.

Joy was employed as a batcher for Kenyon Industries for many years.

All services will be private. Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly is in care of the arrangements.
