Obituary for Glen Ann Knapp (Hudson)
Glen Ann Knapp passed on January 7th, 2021 surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
She was born in Stafford Springs, CT to Elizabeth Houghton and Bernard Hudson.
After high school, she attended Green Mountain College where she met her first husband and had four children. She was accomplished at many crafts and was the owner of GiGi’s yarn shop on Granite St., Westerly.
She is predeceased by two husbands, Edmund Mello and Howard Knapp; one son Glenn Graeve; and one grandson David Chipperfield. She is survived by Louis Graeve (Olympia), Mary Graeve and Sarah Baker (Stephen); twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
