Lynn E. (Vine) Christie-VanWormer, 72, wife of Timothy J. VanWormer, Sr. of Tanglewood Lane, Voluntown, CT, passed away in Westerly on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
Born in Brookline, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Robert Vine and Jean Sharvon.
Lynn was Head of Staff Development for the State of Connecticut. She enjoyed everything about Disney and was devoted to her family.
She is survived by her children, Mitchell Christie, Karen Alter, Timothy VanWormer Jr., Robert Christie, Heather Beauchemin and Kelsie VanWormer; two brothers, Robert and Paul Vine; sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, Kaden, Liam and Lillian; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Peter Vine.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1p.m. on Friday, July 9th at Calvary Chapel Eastern Connecticut, 126 Sharp Hill Rd., Uncasville, CT. Burial will be private.
