Thomas G. Valliere, of Cross Street, Westerly, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the age of 68.

Born in Westerly, he was the son of the late Roger E. and Antoinette Valliere.

Thomas worked as a machinist and engineer for Harris Graphics and then General Dynamics for many years. He was regarded as a premier drummer and played in several bands over a 30-year period. He was also an avid golfer and played many tournaments over the years. Tom loved skeet shooting and was a member of the Mystic and Narragansett Gun clubs. He was a long time Bruins and Red Sox fan.

He leaves behind his two brothers, Roger T. Valliere of Ashburn VA, Francis J. Valliere and wife Donna of Westerly; two nephews, Roger T. Valliere, Jr. and Michael Valliere; as well as two nieces, Michelle Jones and Suzanne McAnally.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 21st at St. Pius X Church, 45 Elm St., Westerly. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly. For online condolences please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com
