Obituary for Karen M. McLaughlin (Antoch)
Karen M. (Antoch) McLaughlin, of Beach Street, Westerly, passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the age of 56.
Born in Westerly, she was the beloved daughter of Henry “Curly” Antoch and Paula Antoch, both of Pawcatuck.
Karen worked in Administrative Aide for Electric Boat in Groton. She loved the beach and enjoyed traveling and communicating with her friends on social media.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son Timothy S. McLaughlin, Jr. of Westerly; her beloved fiancé Jeffrey Wheeler also of Westerly; two siblings, Stephen Antoch and wife Leslee of Preston, CT and Diane L. Rogers and husband Tim of Pinehurst, NC; her aunts, Nancy Gries of Bradford and Lois Antoch and Sandy Bliven, both of Westerly; and nephews, Seth and Bryce Antoch of Cranston, Hunter and Noah Browning of Preston, and cousins Ronald Gries and Debra Randall both of Westerly; predeceased by her cousin Dawn-Marie Gries Rittacco. Karen also leaves her beloved cat Nemo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 7 Church St., Bradford on Thursday at 10a.m. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly.
