Obituary for Julia Felicetti (Scibilia)
Julia (Scibilia) Felicetti, of Granite Street, Westerly, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the age of 98. She was the wife of the late Ernest Felicetti.
Born in Westerly to the late Antonio and Josephine Scibilia, Julia was predeceased by her daughter Linda Felicetti; and her siblings, Dr. John Shibilio, Mary Giuliano, Joseph Shibilia, Frank Scibilio, Anna Molin-Pradel, Grace Scibilia and Anthony Scibilia.
Julia was known for her volunteer work at The Westerly Hospital. She spent over 29,000 hours crocheting blankets for hospital patients.
A visiting hour will be held at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly on Tuesday from 9:30am – 10:30am, immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pius X Church, 45 Elm St., Westerly.
