Obituary for Lucy A. Hargraves
Lucy A. Hargraves, 75, beloved friend of Donald Reynolds, of State Street, Westerly, passed away at L&M Hospital in New London on Friday, January 28, 2022.
Born in South Kingstown, RI, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Helen Hargraves.
She was predeceased by her sister Mary Hargraves.
Lucy was an English Teacher for the Coventry School System for 26 years, after retiring, she was elected to three terms on the Charlestown Town Council. For the past 22 years, Lucy was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Westerly Senior Center and contributed weekly articles to The Westerly Sun. She loved movies and was an avid reader, and Patriots and Red Sox fan.
