Carolyn J. DePlacido, 73, of Westminster Street, Westerly, passed away at The Westerly Hospital on Thursday, June 2, 2022.
Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Minnie DePlacido.
Carolyn worked for the Frank Olean Center and was a communicant of St. Pius X Church.
She will be dearly missed by her siblings, Alfred DePlacido, Jr. of Westerly, Gloria Willis-Barber of The Villages, FL, and Sandra Andersen of Westerly. Carolyn was pre-deceased by two sisters, Marilyn Giguere and Deanne Lewis; and nephew Nicholas Andersen. Carolyn loved and was loved by many relatives, especially her many nieces and nephews.
A visiting hour will be held at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly from 9:30am – 10:30am on Wednesday, June 8th, immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pius X Church, 44 Elm St., Westerly at 11am.
