Obituary for Cheryl A. Stoddard (Gregory)
Cheryl Autumn (Gregory) Stoddard was tragically killed in a car accident on Thursday, July 21, 2022. She was 58.
Born and raised in Westerly, RI, she graduated Westerly High School, Class of 1981. Cheryl worked at Electric Boat, The Elm’s Retirement Home as a CNA and as a volunteer at State Street School.
Cheryl was a caring, loving, and passionate person who always put everyone else before herself. She took special pride in her extensive flower gardens, all her pets, and most importantly her two grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Pauline and William Gregory; and her sister Dawn Gregory Green. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Jeffrey Stoddard; daughter Alexandria Stoddard; son Dane Stoddard; and siblings, Candy Rodgers, Dwayne and Dean Gregory. Cheryl also leaves behind the joys of her life, her grandchildren, Adrianna Paige Stoddard and Ford Jeffrey Litchfield; as well as niece April Gregory and great-nephews, Shayne and Jordyn Gregory.
She had overcome cancer and it never slowed her down or darkened her smile. She will be sadly missed by all of her many friends and family whom she loved so much.
