Obituary for Nancy Lee Moosey (Samiagio)
Nancy Lee (Samiagio) Moosey, 79, of Cherry Street, Pawcatuck, passed away at her home on Friday, September 16, 2022. She was the wife of the late Larry E. Moosey, Sr. who predeceased her on May 7, 2019.
Born in Winchendon, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Anthony P. and Roberta J. (Murphy) Samiagio.
A dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, Nancy had also worked for years as a waitress at the old Dew Drop Inn. She is survived by her two children, Lawrence E. Moosey, Jr. of Pawcatuck and Margaret F. (Moosey) Schoeff and husband Allen of Fort Wayne, IN; five grandchildren, Patrick S. Moosey, Jordan A. Moosey both of Pawcatuck, and Jonathan Moosey, Meghan Schoeff and Justin Schoeff, all of Fort Wayne, IN; and two siblings, Linda C. Clachrie of Pawcatuck and Michael Samiagio of Westerly.
