Obituary for Kathleen A Vuono (Altimari)
Kathleen (Altimari) Vuono, 92, of Bradford, passed away at the Westerly Hospital on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Vuono.
Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Altimari.
Kathleen was a longtime communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Church and was devoted to her family.
She leaves behind two daughters, Carol LaBonte Vuono of Bradford and Donna D’Ortona (David) of Schenectady, NY; her sister Jackie Varga of South Windsor, CT; grandson David D’Ortona; and many nieces and nephews. Kathleen was predeceased by her granddaughter Megan and six siblings.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday Oct. 17 from 6-8pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 7 Church St., Bradford at 10am on Tuesday. There is no procession to church from the funeral home.
