Jacquelyn E. (Barber) Spencer, 81, of Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023. Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Barber.

Jacquelyn worked in quality control at Charbert’s for many years. She enjoyed travelling and shopping.

She leaves behind her children, Robert L. Spencer, Jr. of Carolina, Scott B Spencer and wife Jodi of Portsmouth, Kellie M. Gavitt of Charlestown, and Cindy L. Marcotte and husband David of Bradford; her brother Mike Barber and his wife Jean of Hopkinton; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Patty, great-granddaughter Victoria, and her former partner George E. Reynolds.
