Joseph J. Perrone, beloved husband of 64 years to Rose (Ritacco) Perrone, of Pickering Drive, Westerly, passed away peacefully at the Westerly Hospital on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the age of 92.

Born in Westerly, he was the son of the late Natale and Mary Perrone.

Joseph worked as a machine operator for The Moore Company for many years until his retirement. He then began his next career taking pride caring for his grandchildren everyday until they started school. He loved spending time with his family, and he will be dearly missed.

In addition to his wife Rose, Joseph leaves behind three children, Kenneth J Perrone, Esq. of Westerly, Robert J Perrone and wife Sarah of South Kingstown, and Donna M. Marchione and husband Scott of Ashaway; four grandchildren, Nathan, Olivia, Lauren and Catherine; and many nieces and nephews. Joseph was predeceased by 3 sisters, Anna Tasca, Rose Eckert, and Florence Degnan; and 3 brothers, Peter Perrone, Pat Perrone, and Frank Perrone.
