Timothy James Gleason, 70, of Anthony Road, North Stonington, CT, passed away at L&M Hospital in New London on Friday, June 23, 2023.
Born in Groton, CT, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Margaret (Haynes) Gleason.
Timothy worked in Records Management for Thames Records and was a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church. Known to be a sports enthusiast, Tim was a passionate Red Sox fan, as well as all the other New England teams. Tim also played in local softball leagues and was an avid bowler, bowling multiple 300 games. He enjoyed following the accomplishments of his nieces and nephews, and later in life, developed a love for gardening.
He will be dearly missed by his siblings, Thomas (Lynda) Gleason and Peggy (Ray) Gleason of N. Stonington, and Kathleen Gleason (Earl) Felty of Wernersville, PA; as well as nieces and nephews, Christopher, Melissa, Kevin, Amanda, and Conor, several great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, July 1, at Our Lady of Victory Church, 169 Main St., Ashaway, RI. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly, RI.
