Obituary for Amanda "Denny" Quattromani
Amanda “Denny” (Denison) Quattromani, 92, beloved wife for 45 years of Frank F. Quattromani, of Milrose Avenue, Westerly, passed away at her home on Friday, August 25, 2023.
Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late George and Ledowina Denison.
Amanda was a graduate of Westerly High School class of ’48. She worked as a secretary for the Westerly Fire District Tax Office for 35 years until her retirement in 2014 and was a longtime communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. She was a member of the Emblem Club and the Women’s Auxiliary at the Calabrese Society for many years. Denny greatly enjoyed vacationing in Mexico with her husband.
In addition to her husband Frank, she leaves her four children, Saralee Trumpetto and husband Joe, George Selvidio (Carol), Bonnie Pizza, and Randi Selvidio, all of Westerly; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; as well as many nieces and nephews. Denny was predeceased by her brother George Denison and her son-in-law Joseph Pizza.
Visiting hours are omitted. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, Aug. 30th at Immaculate Conception Church, 111 High Street, Westerly. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly. In lieu of flowers, donations in Denny’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
