John E. "Judd"  Keena
John E. “Judd” Keena, of Westerly, passed away at his home following a brief but courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, October 04, 2016 at the age of 62.

Born in Westerly, he was a son of the late Andrew E., Sr. and Ethel Keena.

John was the owner and operator of Andrew Keena & Sons, Inc. where he and his late brother Andy were the 2nd generation owners.

He will be dearly missed by his sister Kathleen K. DeBartolo and her two children, Philip A. and Michael P. DeBartolo, all of Westerly; as well as six additional nieces and nephews, Andrew E. Keena, III, Dea Vernott, Sarah Keena, John Farrar, Jeffrey Farrar, and Jaclyn Farrar. He was predeceased by his brother Andrew E. Keena, Jr. and his sister Patricia A. Farrar.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 3-7pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory, 169 Main St., Ashaway on Friday at 10am. There is no procession from the funeral home to church. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hope Hospice or Our Lady of Victory Church in Judd’s memory.
