Condolence: Dear Mrs. Pacheco and family,
Joe worked for my husband and me for 27 years on Mason's Island. We have never been blessed by such a fair, hard-working and caring man, as he loved the land as much as we did. We are saddened and stunned by his death, having just moved off-island in June.
