Condolence: I am sorry to hear of Elsie's passing. We go way back to the days at EB -- 50 + years now. All the years after my retirement up to the EB breakfasts. Elsie had a sense of humor that was a delight. I told her when I first came to work, I was afraid of her, because when she was upset she never held back. Afraid of me? You are kidding. was her response. Elsie so enjoyed the EB breakfasts the last Tuesday of every month. Laughing and sharing about old times. Her first hand recounting of the '38 hurricane in the Borough was amazing.
Elsie spoke so fondly of her family and the children. My sympathy and thoughts are with you now.
