Stephen L. Queen, 72, beloved fiancé of Marie Cerisoli, of Diamond Hill Road, Ashaway, passed away at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence on Thursday, July 1, 2021.

Born in Westerly, he was the son of the late Fern and Hope Queen.

Stephen graduated with a Master’s Degree from RPI in New York and was the owner and president of S.Q. Co. Inc. He worked for 30 years as an Environmental Compliance Engineer for several companies until his retirement. He was also a US Navy Veteran who served on an aircraft carrier during the Vietnam War.

He will be dearly missed by his son Stephen S. Queen, Sr. and wife Amy of Norwich, CT; his sister Sharon Bogue of Griswold, CT; and five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly is in care of the arrangements. For online condolences please visit
