On behalf of the Rhode Island Vincentian community, I want to offer our most heartfelt condolences to Mildred and Norm's family on his passing. Norm could be a salty guy, but he had a soft heart full of love for needy people. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has lost a great local leader.
