Dan, Sarah, Tamar, Hope and Peter, I have happy memories of your Mom(and all of you), when you lived two houses down from us in Lenox. I will always remember her kind gentle ways and sweet smile! I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May the memories of her love for you and her strong Christian faith bring you comfort at this difficult time.

Betty was the first woman from our local congregation to visit me when my husband and I first made Aliyah to Israel. She heard I needed comfortable chairs, and she arrived with two. She became my mentor, my friend and encourager in my new life in every way. I loved her dearly. When she and Wendel moved back to Connecticut in their later years be with you, their beloved family, we were disappointed not to have the privilege of caring for them! You all had that honor to eventually see them off to eternity.
With much love and condolence for your loss,
Lesley and (the late) Bob Claster

We have fond memories of Betty and Wendel here in Tiberias. The messianic elementary school they helped start and the congregation they helped lead are still going strong today. They are missed! We join your sorrow.
